For orders from Germany, payment is made by invoice, advance payment, instant transfer, direct debit, PayPal, Amazon Payments, credit/debit card or cash.
For international orders, the payment methods available are advance payment, PayPal, Amazon Payments and credit/debit card and cash payment upon collection. For orders from Austria, you also have the option of paying by invoice. For orders from Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland you can also pay by instant bank transfer.
Purchase on account (only for Germany, Austria)
With our partner heidelpay you can conveniently pay in our online shop by invoice with a payment term of 10 days. When paying by invoice, you never have to provide your account details and you only pay once you have received the goods.If you use the invoice payment method, delivery to a delivery address that differs from the billing address is not possible. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
When purchasing on account, a first payment reminder will be sent 14 days after the shipping notification without registered receipt of money. After a further seven days, a second payment reminder may be sent. After a grace period of seven days, the claim will be submitted to the collection process on day 28.
Prepayment
If you choose the payment method bank transfer/advance payment, we will give you our bank details in the confirmation of receipt and deliver the goods after your payment has been received.
Please transfer the invoice amount to our account. After payment has been received in our account, you will receive our payment confirmation by email and our shipping confirmation on the same day. Please note that a transfer can take several working days. If the amount is not credited to our account within 14 days of your order, the reservation of the goods will be cancelled.
